font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">法治建设和法律宣传教育工作不力，致使出现一些比较严重的问题。伊川县第二高级中学原副校长姚遂立利用主管教学工作的职务之便，先后三次非法收受山东金榜文化传媒有限公司业务员于家亮现金</span><span style="word-wrap: normal; word-break: normal; line-height: 32.5px; font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">5万元，并在该校选择用教辅资料和结算书款方面为其提供帮助。2013年8月2日，洛阳市伊川县人民法院（2013）伊少刑初字第87号刑事判决书判决姚遂立犯受贿罪，判除有期徒刑三年，缓刑三年。2013年12月31日县监察局给予开除公职处分，2014年1月3日，县纪检委报经县委常委会批准，决定给予姚遂立开除党籍处分。据此，县文明委决定向市文明委提出申请，撤销伊川县第二高中市级文明单位称号。</span></span></p><p style="margin-top: 0pt;
