font-family: 黑体;">贾陆英:</span><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">这个不能叫对立,而叫做辩证统一。谦让、合作的精神,是一种美德,竞争也是我们今天的社会所提倡的精神。谦让也好,竞争也好,关键是要有一个公平公正的规则。我们今天又要讲竞争,又要讲合作。竞争是必要的,市场经济条件下就是要竞争,但是我们提倡的竞争是适度的竞争,是在游戏规则范围内的竞争,而不是无序的竞争。我们今天,包括西方社会都应该是这样。西方社会一开始是自由竞争时代,就是一种无序的竞争,但是造成了无政府状态和严重的经济危机,造成了社会资源的极大浪费,后来才实行罗斯福新政,实行国家宏观调控下的竞争。我们今天讲的社会主义市场经济,也是国家的宏观调控和市场竞争两方面的结合。它讲的是法制,讲的是一种游戏规则,不是无序的竞争。再一个,竞争还要有合作,还要有双赢。任何一个企业也好,个人也好,都要考虑自己的利益,但是也必须考虑他人的利益。现在有一个概念,叫做双赢。你不能认为搞企业就是我一家挣钱,不允许别人挣钱,这样你自己也就无法生存。这几个方面要辩证地统一。世界上的好多事情,看似矛盾的,实际上它是统一的。民主和法制是辩证统一,自由和纪律是辩证统一,谦让、合作和竞争也是辩证统一。我们要学会辩证地看问题,摒弃非此即彼、绝对对立的思维方式。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" align="left" style="margin-top: 0cm; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">其二、这是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求。社会主义和谐社会既是充满活力的社会,又是团结和睦的社会。和谐社会的生机与活力来自于竞争和创新,和谐社会的团结与和睦来自于诚信和容人。竞争与容人,就好比一部机器上的两种要件,竞争如同发动机,容人如同调节器,只有把二者辩证地统一起来,才能维系社会这部机器的正常运转,使社会既充满活力,又温馨和谐。经济领域是如此,文化领域、政治领域、社会领域也莫不如此。在文化领域,我们要用求同存异、包容多样的思维方式去处理不同文明、不同思想之间的关系,维护文明的多样性,使不同文明在竞争比较中取长补短,在求同存异中共同发展。在政治领域,我们要按照“公开、平等、竞争、择优”的原则,深化干部人事制度改革,形成富有生机与活力、有利于优秀人才脱颖而出的选人用人机制,这同样需要我们的干部具备优良的素质。既要加强学习,勇于实践,练好在竞争中取胜的本领;又要明白“能人背后有能人”这个朴素的道理,乐见他人脱颖而出,并能发自内心地与他人合作共事。如果没有容人之量,要做到这一点是不可能的。在社会领域,我们要按照“八荣八耻”的社会主义荣辱观去指导人们的思想观念、生活方式、价值取向和道德修养,培育和谐的人际关系,促进良好社会风气的形成和发展。荀子说,“人,力不若牛,走不若马,而牛马为用,何也?曰:人能群,彼不能群也。”所谓“群”,就是群体、社会。人的本质是一切社会关系的总和,社会性是人的根本属性,是人与动物的本质区别。人与人之间的社会关系也是辩证统一的,人们在参与社会活动的过程中,既有互助、互利、互惠的一面,也有发生冲突的可能。采取什么样的态度和方式去处理自己与他人的利害冲突,是团结互助还是损人利己,是诚实守信还是见利忘义,这是对一个人的人品和思想境界的最具体、最直接的考验。“义”和“利”是中国哲学中一对重要的范畴,作为一种价值观,它渗透在每个人的生活之中,支配着每个人的思想和行动。社会主义义利观坚持义统帅利、义利并举。其中的“义”,是指崇高的精神理想追求和道德行为,而“利”则是指人民群众的根本利益、现阶段群众的整体利益、不同群体的特殊利益和公民合法的个人利益。每个人都有追求个人正当利益的权利,但“君子爱财、取之有道”,这个“道”,就是必须把个人利益的实现和满足建立在诚实劳动和守法经营的前提下,建立在为他人和社会履行义务的前提下,建立在承认和尊重他人追求合法利益的前提下。对于一个高尚的人来说,还应有更高的价值追求,以奉献人民、奉献社会为己任。在当今时代,一个人要想获得成功,—方面要具备勇于竞争和善于竞争的素质和本领,另一方面又要具有大度容人的坦荡胸怀。面对与他人或社会的利害矛盾,如果见利忘义、损人利己、不讲信用、欺诈哄骗,置他人或社会利益于不顾,即使得志于—时,终将不能长久,终将被社会所抛弃。我国杰出的科学家、“杂交水稻之父”袁隆平,为了实现自己“让所有人远离饥饿”的崇高理想追求,几十年来总是把自己最新的研究成果毫无保留地奉献给同行,培养了一大批科技人员,大大加快了我国杂交水稻研究的步伐,使我国在这一领域中一直保持世界领先水平。他这种顾全大局、淡泊名利、甘为人梯、无私奉献的精神,是我国各行各业优秀人才精神风貌的真实写照。孔子说:“己欲立而立人、己欲达而达人,”这才是人生的大智慧、大境界。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" align="left" style="margin-top: 0cm;    4月23号是世界读书日。对这个日子有一种复杂的情感。一方面,上过学的这伙人,过去不是叫读书人吗,另一方面,走到社会以后,尤其是工作以后,读书人不读书很普遍。有时不禁要停下来想想读书与生活是一种什么关系?
    过去我们都是读书人。回望过去,我们绝大部分人都可以自豪地这样说。上学读书,让我们认识了世界,认识了自己,获得了生存的本领,生活的知识。读书人在我国的语汇中有着丰富的涵义,这是一种生活宣示,宣示一种信念与生活的方式。
    现在我们不读书。有调查资料说,除去教科书,我国人均年读书不超过4本,也有说,不超过1.35本的,关于这个数据是怎么出的,如同中国许多数据一样,想说清很难,只能借用一句流行的话,你懂得,国外韩国、日本有资料说分别是13本,17本,以色列达到64本,也就是说日韩一月一本,以色列不足一周一本,而我们呢,一年一本,或一季一本。这个对比确实让我们有点汗颜,毕竟我们这个礼仪之邦,过去就是以读书为标志的。
    是什么让我们不读书?读书无用论吗,有一定的市场。大学生找工作有些人感觉,读书不如拼爹,拼社会关系。但是对大多数人而言,读书改变命运是无可置疑的。工作以后,很多人很少读书了,原因是,对书本上知识的一种蔑视,认为再常说读书,会常常被人认为学生腔,书生气。这也是实在存在的一种风气。
    读书的时间去哪了?相信好多人也是想读书,可是没时间。时间去哪了?工作是第一个原因,其次,喝酒,玩。再次,上网,上微信,上微博。以前电脑象海绵,吸走了大部分时间,现在呢,手机横空出世,如果精确来统计一下,手机控制人的时间将会是个惊人的数字。
   读书创造品质生活,读书本身就是生活。
