　　会议强调，要大力推进工业提速增效。加大工业项目投资力度，坚持大企业抓服务、中小企业用政策，进一步加强企业监测，支持企业做大做强，为经济增长提供有力支撑。要进一步活跃消费旅游市场，培育新的消费增长点，加大旅游促销推介力度，促进房地产市场健康发展。
