letter-spacing: 0.6px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;">通过深入细致地宣传和引导，提高在线学习的知晓率和吸引力。<strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;">一是全面宣传，让学员明白“为什么学”。</strong>我充分利用文件、会议、短信平台、区党务公开网等载体，广泛宣传和推介在线学习，使广大学员充分认识在线学习的特点和优势，从而自觉主动参与。<strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;">二是全力指导，让学员知道“学什么”。</strong>区委给学员发放了《干部在线学习学员手册》，我用心为学员答疑解惑，使学员明晰和熟知学习平台的“教、学、管、考”功能。<strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;">三是全员培训，让学员掌握“怎么学”。</strong>区委举办了在线学习业务培训，我负责讲解并演示了在线学习平台的操作流程和注意事项，编制了《干部在线学习操作指南》，使每位学员都能熟练掌握学习的方法和步骤。</p><p style="max-width: 100%; letter-spacing: 0.6px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;">针对参学人员较多、学员分布较广，学习组织难度较大的实际，区委把在线学习作为干部年终考核的“硬指标”。根据区委的部署和要求，我坚持动态管理和学分考核，切实增强了干部在线学习的推动力。<strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;">一是制度考学。</strong>我参与起草《☆☆干部在线学习管理办法（试行）》、《☆☆区干部在线学习试点工作方案》等文件制度，明确了参学对象和学习内容，量化了学习任务和考核办法。<strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;">二是跟踪督学。</strong>对干部在线学习实行一周一统计、一月一通报、一季一排名，使学员能够及时了解全区在线学习的整体进展和个人的学习进度。<strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;">三是分类促学。</strong>对学分进度滞后的学员，通过电话、短信、谈话等方式督促；对学分低于平均分的学员，编发短信提醒；对学分排名全区前☆名的学员，每周通过在线学习微信群更新发布，营造了“争学、比学、赶学”的浓厚学习氛围。</p><p style="max-width: 100%; letter-spacing: 0.6px; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em;">我把服务融入到履行联络员职责的各个环节和各个方面，努力促使广大学员想学、愿学、乐学。<strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;">一是注重零距离服务。</strong>对学员学习过程中遇到的疑难问题和技术故障，我都耐心帮助解决，必要时上门服务，并定期向学员编发试点动态、最新课程、干教资讯等信息，努力让学员轻松、便捷地开展学习。<strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;">二是注重个性化服务。</strong>根据学员知识结构、岗位职责、学习需求等方面的差异性，将全区参学对象分为经济管理、党群政务、社会发展、执法监督和街道五大类别，对不同类别的学员分别推荐与其工作关联度高、实用性较强的学习课程，引导他们学用结合、学以致用，调动了广大学员学习的积极性和主动性。<strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box;">三是注重共享式服务。</strong>组建了在线学习微信群，依托这一平台积极发动和引导广大学员在线讨论学习话题、畅谈学习心得、分享学习资源，在互动交流中共同提升学习的效果。</p><p style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em; color: rgb(51, 51, 51);
