老马的初心

color: rgb(63, 63, 63); box-sizing: border-box !important; outline: none 0px !important;">在成为陪审员之前，老马曾接到在福建开厂的侄儿邀请，请他去做管理人员。老马夫妻俩清楚，自己家里很需要钱：工作几十年了，至今还在用20年前的简陋家具，家里长沙发的左侧扶手早就破了，但老伴罗二菊用白线缝起来继续用。在最需要钱且有机会去挣大把钱的时候，老马果断放弃了“利诱”，他把组织的需要和人民的需要放在了第一位。他平静地说:“30年前，我是面对党旗宣过誓的，我得始终把人民群众放在心上”。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; color: rgb(63, 63, 63); box-sizing: border-box !important; outline: none 0px !important;">马街法庭管辖马街、富乐、老厂三个乡镇，涉及居民约14万人。11年来，老马几乎跑遍了3个乡镇的村寨，深入基层群众一线。在下乡办案途中，常常几个小时不能喝水，要到下午3、4点才能吃早饭，尽管条件艰苦，但老马却乐在其中。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; max-inline-size: 100%; color: rgb(63, 63, 63); box-sizing: border-box !important; outline: none 0px !important;">有一次，他和法庭的干警送完富乐镇辖区案件的相关法律文书时，天已快黑了。干警和他说：“要不回家了，改天再来送”，他温和而坚定的说“只剩下最后一个案子了，我们再坚持一下。麒麟区东山镇离我们也不远，我们把最后一个案子的法律文书送了，别让当事人着急”。而在他们送完法律文书准备返程时，已是晚上8点多钟。而这，只是老马十一年来始终如一甘于奉献的一个缩影。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; max-inline-size: 100%; color: rgb(63, 63, 63); box-sizing: border-box !important; outline: none 0px !important;">自2008年担任人民陪审员以来，老马参与审判案件2000多件，其中调解撤诉1500多件，参与送达案件1400多件，参与执行案件400多件。在他所参审的案件中，没有错案，没有上诉案件，服判息诉率为100%。得到了同事和百姓的一致认可。先后多次被罗平县人民法院、曲靖市中级人民法院授予“优秀人民陪审员”称号，2012年被云南省高级人民法院评为“监督与联络一一铁杆人民陪审员”，除此之外，还荣获了“云岭楷模”和“曲靖好人”等称号。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;
