color: rgb(68, 68, 68); text-transform: none; line-height: 150%; letter-spacing: 0pt; font-family: 仿宋; font-size: 12pt; font-style: normal; mso-spacerun: "yes"; mso-font-kerning: 0.0000pt; mso-shading: rgb(255, 255, 255);'><font face="仿宋">严格落实方志馆安全责任制，坚持</font>24小时值班巡视，每周开展一次安全隐患排查工作。邀请消防大队专业人员进馆检查，并组织职工开展了1次消防灭火演练。在强化服务意识，加强队伍建设上，方志馆坚持接待、讲解、安保人员的培训和考核工作，顺利圆满的完成了接待省市各级领导、企事业单位、各界群众的相关任务，并建立起常态化培训、考核机制，根据实际情况实现周一、周三、周五，三天开馆的运行模式，为今后的全周开馆打下良好基础。在书籍征集和管理上，与全国多个省、市建立起年鉴交换机制。方志馆现搜集各地各类年鉴、志书3万余册，双阳县志、盛京时报等古籍两百余册，建立借阅制度，为广大市民提供丰富详实的地情借阅资料。</span></p><p align="justify" style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255); mso-spacerun: "yes"; mso-font-kerning: 0.0000pt; mso-shading: rgb(255, 255, 255);'><font face="仿宋">（一）《主要经济指标比较》数据册，体系越发完善，编纂水平逐步提高，资政作用不断凸显。《主要经济指标比较》数据册是我委自</font>2015年以来为丰富地情资料，为主要领导科学决策提供参考而编纂的创新性资料，其主要选取十五个副省级城市、省内各城市、长春市下辖县（市）、区、开发区的主要经济指标进行对比、研究和分析，形成以长春市为焦点的立体经济数据化模型，从全国、全省、全市，三个维度去描绘长春经济发展轨迹，是我委对年鉴编纂内容的一项有效补充。2018年，《2016-2017年主要经济指标比较》数据册在原有基础上删除“每平方公里平均GDP”等不常用统计数据，增加了于大连、沈阳、哈尔滨等东北城市的数据比较，使数据册使用更便捷，对比更清晰，更好的反映出长春在振兴老东北工业基地建设中所处的地位和取得的成绩。</span></p><p align="justify" style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255); mso-spacerun: "yes"; mso-font-kerning: 0.0000pt; mso-shading: rgb(255, 255, 255);'><font face="仿宋">（二）《方志长春》实现连续出版，方志</font>“三字经”编写完成，方志文化传播开辟新阵地。《方志长春》是我委编纂的机关内部双月刊，已出版三期，稿件来源、栏目设计、文稿审核、排版印刷等多个环节逐步完善，现已成为我市方志科研、理论探讨、地情研究的重要刊物。2018年，为配合方志馆建设，又将长春历史沿革重要图片资料纳入其中，实现图文并茂的新形式，增加了可读性。方志“三字经”是我委与市文联合作的旨在普及长春历史的诗歌，具有韵律优美、朗朗上口的特点。方志“三字经”的制作和传播，解决了我市方志宣传领域缺少针对青少年宣传产品的空白，具有重要意义。</span></p><p align="justify" style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255);
