font-size: 14pt;">提高公文的格局，首先要在提升写作者的自身素养上下功夫，人有格局，文方坦荡。有兼济天下、豁达坦荡的品格，方能写出有气势的文章。其次要在谋篇布局上下功夫，坚持从大处着眼，先虚后实、先宏观后微观，遵循事理逻辑，把握递进、并列、辩证、分合等基本构思模式，确保公文的结构严谨而深刻、高远而贴切。再次要在遣词造句上下功夫，追求高度概括，不拖沓、不啰嗦，用最凝练的语言表达最准确的内容，用最少的字词表达最丰富的信息。最后还要在引经据典、列举事例上下功夫，力求准确、贴切，有力地论证和支撑起写作者的观点。要细心留意身边的正反案例，留意身边的人、事、物，留意生活中看到的、听到的各种事例、故事、名人名言名句和哲理性语句，做到广泛涉猎、借鉴运用。要静心钻研业务内外的各行业知识，研读古之历史和今之时事，关注它山之石和己之底数，在内外结合、古今结合、他我结合中，拓宽知识面，增强思维力。</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;
