<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 12pt; text-indent: 24pt; line-height: 200%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">底气在学习实践中。矛盾和困难是客观存在的，什么时候都没有少过。木匠出身的李先念，从战争中学习战争，成为我军智勇双全的指挥员；从实践中学习经济，成为我党独当一面的专家型领导。李先念主持财贸工作期间，毛泽东赞其“把中国的人民币和其他各种钱财管理得非常好”。当年，谷文昌带领群众在东山岛植树造林，连续3年，先后8次与风沙搏斗，没有一次成功，不少人打起了退堂鼓，而谷文昌却从9株成活的木麻黄中看到了希望。他请教专家，了解这9株木麻黄成活的原因；他亲自栽种“示范苗”、培植“示范林”，经过反复实践，终于掌握了木麻黄的生长规律，继而取得了大面积植树造林的成功。坚持“活到老，学到老”，勇于实践，大胆探索，方能磨砺攻坚克难的本领，在看似“山重水复疑无路”中，迎来“柳暗花明又一村”。<o:p></o:p>
