font-size: 16pt;">（一）残疾人无障碍改造。</span></b><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;"><font face="仿宋_GB2312">通过对全县重度残疾人的全面摸底调查，并结合我县实际，规划对全县</font>350户残疾人家庭进行无障碍改造每户投入6000元，共计210万元。根据</span><span style="mso-spacerun:'yes';font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:16.0000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;"><font face="仿宋_GB2312">《XX省残联</font><关于印发XX省贫困残疾人家庭无障碍改造项目实施方案>的通知》（X残办〔2014〕94号）及《关于印发<2018年XX省贫困重度残疾人家庭无障碍改造项目实施方案>的通知》（X残函〔2018〕30号）文件规定，纳入国家项目的对象每户平均标准6000元，中央补助3500元，省级财政匹配资金不低于2500元。纳入省级项目的对象每户补助资金不低于2500元，市、县项目每户不低于2000元由财政共同解决。X残函〔2018〕30号规定“2018年残疾人家庭无障碍改造项目全部为国家级项目，每户标准不低于6000元”。</span><span style="mso-spacerun:'yes';font-family:仿宋_GB2312;font-size:16.0000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;"><o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" align="justify" style="margin-right:0.0000pt;margin-left:0.0000pt;mso-para-margin-right:0.0000gd;mso-para-margin-left:0.0000gd;text-indent:32.1500pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;mso-pagination:none;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:23.0000pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;"><b><span style="font-family: 楷体_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">（二）村（社区）残疾人康复站。</span></b><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;"><font face="仿宋_GB2312">通过县残联及各乡镇核实，我会规划建设残疾人康复站</font>200个，每个康复站给予标准补助资金2万元，共计400万元。并根据《XX市残疾<关于印发XX市社区残疾认康复站(室)规范化建设标准指导意见（试行）>的通知》（X市残〔2017〕22号）文件规定标准进行实施。</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">（三）辅具适配。</span></b><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;"><font face="仿宋_GB2312">通过全县二抽数据调查，我县残疾人总数为</font>4.8万人，已办证残疾人有20914人，我会规划为残疾人发放轮椅、拐杖、腋下杖、助听器、单手杖、盲杖等辅助适配器具3100具，残疾人基本辅助器具发放每人补助标准0.15万元，共计465万元。并将结合我县预算资金标准进行采购以及按规定发放。</span><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;">（四）残疾人就业创业发展。</span></b><span style="font-family: 仿宋_GB2312; font-size: 16pt;"><font face="仿宋_GB2312">通过我会对全县部分乡镇的抽查核实与深入挖掘，我县大多数残疾人踊跃发扬自强、自立、自信的精神，积极开展就业创业，但由于资金短缺，现规划，为全县</font>80户残疾人就业创业发展提供资金补助，每户补助标准1万元，共计80万元。</span><b><span style="font-family: 黑体;
