领导干部在党支部讲党课是机关党组织履行从严治党责任的必修课。笔者曾在调研中发现，领导干部讲党课有这样一种讲法：
上级领导干部讲什么内容，下级领导干部就讲什么内容；
上级领导干部讲几个部分，下级领导干部就讲几个部分；
上级领导干部采用什么方式，下级领导干部就采用什么方式。
这种照本宣科、内容枯燥、缺少吸引力和感染力的党课为数不少。
那么，好的党课是什么样子的呢？
好的党课，要自己准备。讲课前，要沉到基层，深入群众，听取基层党员对所讲内容的认识和企盼，至少要征求身边人员的意见和建议，掌握第一手资料，找准党课的切入点。如果仅仅是下个通知，或搞一个征求意见表，收集上来的意见，其真实性与实际效果就会大打折扣。如果把讲党课作为一项临时性任务，那么，对党课的思考、准备、讲授的过程，就容易变成被动应付、简单了事的过程；对个别领导干部来说，就变成了到时候给大家念念稿子的过程。
自己准备党课，对所讲的内容熟悉，有的地方可以脱稿讲，也可以整堂党课脱稿讲，用口语表达，大家容易接受。如果你抬头讲课，大家也会抬头听课，如果你低头念稿，大家也会低头开小差。有眼神交流，才会有心灵沟通，自己准备的党课，讲起来才会生动自如。
好的党课，要立足解决问题。党课的内容必须联系实际、贴近基层，以解决问题为根本、为要旨、为出发点。下功夫把基层党组织存在的问题理清了，把要解决的对策找对了，党课才能对症下药，去除病灶，引起共鸣，收到效果。下功夫把问题摸准、找对、理清，紧紧抓住大家渴望解决的热点、难点问题，是讲好党课的基础。如果不把查找问题、思考问题、解决问题作为讲党课的出发点和落脚点，讲党课就容易流于形式。
好的党课，要讲得简洁深刻。上级的要求有时会抽象一些，抽象的东西讲起来不容易让人听懂、接受。这需要转化，需要讲课人把所要讲的东西理解、消化、吸收，转化成自己的认识和理念。其实，你所讲的内容，不仅仅是上级要求，更是你自己的价值观和思维方式。所以，讲党课不是要把上级那些带有抽象性的东西搬过来，塞进听者的脑子里，也不是从网上下载一些东西传声筒一般地传给大家听，而是要把自己理解、领会、悟到的东西讲出来、传播出去。
讲课中如果只是对上级的要求进行了段落的调整和语言的修饰，还是一种照抄照搬，会让人感觉大而空、没滋味。讲党课要有删繁就简的功夫，有一语中的、一针见血的功力，做到不说或少说那种“正确的废话、没用的大话和不解决问题的空话”，力求使党课中的每句话都管用。
好的党课，要讲究话风朴实。讲党课时有的人喜欢带点文采，但文采要为效果服务，要让大家喜欢听、不厌烦。毛泽东同志是文章大家，他的诗词可称为中国革命的壮丽史诗和诗坛的千古绝唱，但是他在讲工作的时候，所用的语言朴实、简明而又深刻。中国古代对文章功能的理解是“文以载道”。“道”就是真理，真理是朴实的，因此载道的文字也应该是朴实的。
好的党课应该简、浅、显，就是不要在表述上搞得过于复杂。问题本身可能是复杂的，但是语言表述上一定要让人听得懂。使用简单的语言来说明深刻的道理，让听众瞬间就能明白你要讲什么，这就是语言的真正风采、真正魅力。我们需要简朴、明快、透彻的党课，而不是文字上过分雕琢的党课。
好的党课，要有真情实感。只有情真意切、话由心出，讲出的东西才能打动人。讲课人不是表演艺术家，要想获得价值认同，走心是最根本的。
记得20世纪80年代初期，党组织经常请革命前辈、战斗英雄和各条战线上的劳动模范给党员上党课。这些同志给大家讲党课就是凭着回忆与听众交流互动，没有人念稿子，是实实在在给大家讲党课，而不是念党课。就是这样一些文化程度并不高的人，讲的党课给我们留下很深印象，有的党课至今记忆犹新。他们讲的内容大多是自己的亲身经历与身边发生的故事，用自己走过的路和实际行动诠释了对党的热爱、对共产主义的信仰。
这种真情实感的流露，让人听了感觉可信，会产生共鸣；这种身心合一、知行合一、用心讲出的党课，才能真正令人有所感悟、受到教育。
