编写信息的五大秘诀，你知道吗？

line-height: 27px; font-size: 18px; background-color: white;">照相为求最佳效果，要选择合适角度。有的人照正面比较漂亮；有的人照侧身顿显气质；有的人照背影透着美丽。编写信息和照相一样，角度选择至关重要。<b>从根本上讲，信息编写最佳角度是“上情”与“下情”的结合点，要选取那些既符合党的路线、方针、政策和上级决策部署，又最能体现本地实际、反映本地工作特色的信息。</b>老生常谈、人人皆知的信息文字编写得再好，也不能称其为高质量的精品信息。拖欠农民工工资是个老大难问题，全国各地都在研究探索解决的办法。这方面的做法和措施我们也报送过不少，但都没有被采用。后来，我们经过深入调研，撰写了长篇信息《破解拖欠农民工工资的难题靠什么——河北邢台在全国率先推行建筑劳务实名制“一卡通”》，领导作出重要批示，予以充分肯定，并要求在更大范围推广。<br></font></p><p dir="ltr" style="margin-bottom: 5px; word-break: normal; line-height: 27px; font-size: 18px; background-color: white;"><b>此外，还要注意对信息内容作适当补充。</b>往往增减一句话，就可使信息角度发生重大变化，使一条普通信息一下子上升为重要信息。如我们收到一条这样的信息：“某地挖的地道在雨季出现塌陷，导致地道上方的10户农房出现塌陷、断裂……”后经电话询问，信息提供者又称，“该地仍有300户居民住在即将塌陷的地道上方或边缘”。有了这一句话的补充，就使这条一般性的信息变成了非常重要的预警性信息。<br></font></p><p dir="ltr" style="margin-bottom: 5px; line-height: 27px; font-size: 18px; background-color: white;">信息工作人员除了编报一些“短平快”的信息之外，还要围绕领导决策和推动工作，编写一些叫得响、有深度、影响大的“拳头”信息、“精品”信息、重头信息、超前性信息、高层次信息。<b>从工作实际看，凡是高质量信息都得益于综合处理，而一些信息之所以质量不高，也主要是缺乏这种必要的综合。收到一些零散但有价值的信息后，不能简单处理，搞信息“贩运”，而应以此为线索，进行深入挖掘、扩充、综合、加工，形成对领导决策更具参考价值的信息。</b><br></font></p><p dir="ltr" style="margin-bottom: 5px; word-break: normal; line-height: 27px; font-size: 18px; background-color: white;">如，2013年年底，我们围绕大气污染治理工作，在搜集10多个省直部门和50多个市县相关资料的基础上，组织人员进行了大范围实地调研，撰写了《举全省之力切实打赢大气污染治理攻坚战》长篇综合信息，得到领导高度重视。又如，我们根据全省各地上报的零散信息综合编报的《当前影响我省社会稳定的一些新的不安定因素》，仅材料积累就达四个月，涉及全省十七八个市县和有关部门，总结了五个方面的问题。这五个方面问题都曾以单条信息上报过，均未引起较大关注。而我们把这些情况综合到一起，从全局的高度整体分析看待这些问题，就产生了完全不同的效果，引起了强烈反响。<br></font></p><p dir="ltr" style="margin-bottom: 5px; word-break: normal; line-height: 27px; font-size: 18px; background-color: white;"><b>信息题目首先要准确，</b>如，金融部门曾报来这样一条信息：“某地金融系统连续发生盗抢案件，损失巨大”。这个信息题目比较笼统，有些问题没有交代清楚。“连续”是多长时间？到底发生多少起？“损失巨大”到底是多大？后来，我们改成这样的题目：“某地金融系统仅3月份就连续发生盗抢案件×起，损失达×万元”。<br></font></p><p dir="ltr" style="margin-bottom: 5px; word-break: normal; line-height: 27px; font-size: 18px; background-color: white;"><b>在准确到位的基础上，信息标题要注重激起读者的阅读欲望。</b>因此，信息工作者要在高度涵盖信息内容的基础上，力争提炼出有吸引力的题目，也就是能引起读者“忧、思、喜、怒、悲、恐、惊”的题目，切忌平平淡淡。如，我们曾经向省委领导提供过这样一条信息——“最严重的警告：经济繁荣背后的社会不稳定”，领导作出重要批示。<br></font></p><p dir="ltr" style="margin-bottom: 5px; line-height: 27px; font-size: 18px; background-color: white;">信息内容的真实、准确是信息质量的前提，是信息的生命。在编发信息时，凡情况不明、问题不清的，都要认真核实。<b>特别是时间、地点、人物和重要情节，一定要搞清楚，一时搞不清楚的宁可缓报，也不能含糊其词、草率上报。</b>特别紧急的，可先报一个大致情况，但要尽快把详细情况搞清楚，及时续报。虚假的、不准确的信息不但没有质量可言，而且很可能产生负效应，甚至导致领导决策失误，造成重大损失。<br></font></p><p dir="ltr" style="margin-bottom: 5px; word-break: normal; line-height: 27px; font-size: 18px; background-color: white;">如某市报来这样一条信息：“×市1月份发生入室盗窃杀人案67起。”当时负责编辑的同志已经将此信息编到相关刊物内，准备上报。我看后吓了一跳。一个月发生67起入室盗窃杀人案？入室盗窃有可能，但平均一天发生两起入室盗窃杀人案就太严重了，不符合常理。我赶紧让有关同志仔细核实。经过核实才知道，这67起入室盗窃案件中只有几起是杀人案件。可见材料真实准确的重要性。<br></font></p><p dir="ltr" style="margin-bottom: 5px; line-height: 27px; font-size: 18px; background-color: white;">每天向领导机关和领导同志报送的信息量很大，占用了领导很多的时间和精力。因此，<b>编写信息时要力求简洁、言简意赅，做到开门见山、落笔入题、一目了然，防止穿靴戴帽、面面俱到、空话套话。要用最少的文字表达最多的信息量，即用“电报体”语言编写信息，切实做到“句中无余字，篇内无剩语”。</b>特别是动态性的信息，一定要简洁明了。如，某地在并乡扩镇中共清退各类招聘人员6796人，每年可减轻农民负担1630万元。这条信息虽然只有两句话30余字，但要素齐全、简练醒目。<br></font></p><p dir="ltr" style="margin-bottom: 5px;
