face="仿宋_GB2312">我们党有两个书记非常重要，一个在上头，中央总书记；一个在下头，村支部书记。总书记</font>“顶天”，村支书“立地”。农村党支部是党在农村全部工作的基础，村支部书记处于农村第一线，党的大政方针要靠村支部书记贯彻落实，各级党委政府的决策部署要靠村支部书记带头实施，农村的改革发展稳定也要靠村支部书记组织推进，位置非常重要。近年来，农村工作形势和环境发生了深刻变化，一部分农民“精英”进入了富豪和企业家行列，群众收入差距逐渐拉大，社会分层日益凸显；一些群众是非评判标准模糊，唯金钱是从，信仰产生危机；群众维权意识觉醒，一些长期沉淀积累的深层次矛盾集中爆发，放任不管则动摇党的执政根基。可以说，现在各种矛盾开始向农村聚集和蔓延。带领农村走出困境、闯开新路的使命在支部书记，创新社会管理的重任在支部书记。因此，我们支部书记，要始终坚持正确的政治方向不动摇，自觉增强“四个意识”，坚定不移地在思想上政治上行动上与以习总书记为核心的党中央保持高度一致，带头用党的理论武装头脑、指导工作，全面了解和把握农村工作的宏观形势，自觉接受上级党委政府的领导，带头贯彻执行上级党委政府的各项工作部署，有效解决农村工作中出现的新矛盾、新问题，主动顶起自己该顶的那片天。</span><span
