font-size: 17px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">如果能够超越“飘”的障碍，扑下身子甩开膀子好好工作，就会发现秘书工作并不像想象的那么容易，人前的风光只是假象，每天的工作内容除了传送文件、协调行程、接待访客、安排会议等日常事务之外，还有很多随时出现的情况需要应对。经常是一件事情没有处理完毕，新的任务接踵而至。由于事务繁杂，工作经验不够丰富，一不小心就容易犯错误，被领导批评，有时会无所适从，内心有惶恐无助之感，这是秘书成长过程中第二重境界的常态。如果不能很好地克服惶恐的情绪，就很容易被巨大的工作压力压垮，在工作中就会变得畏首畏尾，不敢担责，唯唯诺诺没有主见，不求有功但求无过。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;
