font-size: 16pt; box-sizing: border-box !important;">石子矿作为善山村的一项主要矿产资源，曾一度是通过零星开采来满足本村村民盖房自用，没有实现很好的经济效益。杭昌高铁建设项目在荷尧镇投产后，善山村抓住这一机遇，发挥资源优势，在高坡组规划出了300亩的采石场，对外出租，通过收取租金增加村集体经济收入。为扶持开采业发展，村“两委”组织公开竞标，采取五年为一个期限的方式承包给有能力的个人或企业，仅此承包金一项，可增加村集体年收入8万元。通过招商引资，引入萍乡市鹏翔有限公司，投资800万元，进行采石技改来扩大生产，目前采石场年产建筑材料60余万吨，解决本地劳动力30余人，带动了地方运输产业的发展，增加了村民收入，推动了村级集体经济发展。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0pt; font-size: 16pt; box-sizing: border-box !important;">善山村境内有两家煤炭企业：顺发煤矿和东风洗煤厂。顺发煤矿作为善山村的老企业，以开发村煤炭资源为主，解决近百个人就业，自煤矿“三改六”以来，年产值达5000万元左右，善山村每年可获得服务费2万元；2011年通过招商引资，东风洗煤厂落户善山村，集煤炭开采和对原煤进行深加工于一体，预计2012工业年产值可超过4000万元，实现利税700多万元。按照荷尧镇政府税收返还的有关规定，从2012年起，善山村将获得由东方洗煤厂创造给镇政府可用财力的10%返还，仅此一项，预计可实现村集体增收22万余元。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0pt; font-size: 16pt; box-sizing: border-box !important;">2011年，善山村积极引进萍乡市医药公司中草药种植项目，并在村“两委”牵头下，探索出了“公司+基地+农户”模式，村中药材价格在市场价与保底价之间优先收购，由公司提供良种及相关种植技术，农户则在公司技术人员指导下，负责中药作物的种植；作物成熟后由医药公司负责回收，并向农户支付工资。该项目建成后，既充分利用了我村的闲余劳动力资源，又很好地保障了企业利益，实现了村和企业的双向促进、双向发展，每年为村集体经济创收近2万元。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0pt;
