line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;">发现问题后，我立即给会场负责人报告，建议将该份文件重印。文件印好后，我们将原来的文件挨个儿从文件袋中取出，换上新印制的文件。完成这项工作，<span style="max-width: 100%; line-height: 25.6px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">已经很晚了</span>。后来，我从文印室得知，该份文件之前已经出现过三次错误。没想到还会出错，幸好都是在会前发现的错误，才得以及时纠正。该文件会出现这样的错误，主要是相关工作人员只知道简单的复制粘贴文件、缺乏校核所致。几乎每次常委会都会涉及个别代表资格的审查问题，人事代表工作委员会提供的审查报告，只需重点将代表的单位、姓名、职务修改就可以了，估计是工作人员忽略了修改会议次数等细节，才导致同一份文件竟出现多处硬伤。</p></section></section><p style="max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"> 不久后的一天，书记出席区委常委会后，立即召开政法委办公会。原来，区委根本没有收到政法委的报告，延误了区委向市委报送报告的时间，政法委在区委常委会上被通报批评。我一听就傻眼了，这个报告是我负责起草的，于是主动承担责任，在会上检讨自己没有跟踪落实办公室报送情况。领导不但没有批评我，反而表扬了我敢于承担责任的态度和勇气。事后得知，办公室内勤人员误将这份报送区委的报告当作存档所用，压根就没有报送给区委，才导致政法委被通报批评。</p><p style="max-width: 100%; clear: both; min-height: 1em; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;">还有一次，我陪领导出席一场重要的外事接待活动。按惯例，作为秘书，每次活动都单独吃工作餐，以便随时准备出发。这次吃完工作餐后，时间还早，我们几个秘书便聚在一起聊天，交流秘书工作的酸甜苦辣。大家难得在一起，越聊越投机。眼看时间已经超过一个小时，原则上外事宴请不超过一个小时，我突然感觉不对劲，便赶紧问餐厅服务员。令我吃惊的是，服务员说，领导已经陪外宾坐车走了。正在这时，领导给我打电话来，问我在哪儿，怎么没在车上。我只得厚着脸皮告诉领导，自己还在吃饭的地方等他。当时，我狼狈不堪，边接电话边往外面跑，赶紧打出租车直奔目的地。</p><p style="max-width: 100%; line-height: 1.75em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;">事后，我反思：<span style="max-width: 100%; line-height: 25.6px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">如果当时坐的座位是正对餐厅的话，我</span>随时都能看到领导用餐是否结束，这样肯定不会跟丢了领导；如果我按以前的做法，随时到餐厅看看或者叫服务员上水果时提醒我一下，也绝对不会跟丢了领导；如果我按照笨点儿的办法，直接站在餐厅外等候，一定也不会跟丢了领导。从事秘书工作，很多时候稍不留神，就会造成失误，甚至很多时候难以弥补，这就要求我们不断对自己提出更高的要求，努力把每一个细节做优、做实、做精。</p></section></section><p style="max-width: 100%;
