box-sizing: border-box !important;">要精心备课。</span>授课者应具备较为丰富的知识和扎实的理论功底，能熟练驾驭课题。要广泛收集与主题相关的理论、格言和事例、数据等资料，充分阐述论证，使党员开阔视野、增长见识，受到教育和启发。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; clear: both; min-height: 1em;
