background-color: white;"> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> 一、在《应用写作》、《秘书之友》、《领导之友》等杂志共发表涉及机关文字工作方面的文章5篇。其中3篇发表在《应用写作》（2013年第5期、8期、9期）杂志的显要位置。</font></p><p style="margin-bottom: 5px; border: 0px; list-style: none; word-wrap: normal; word-break: normal; color: rgb(70, 70, 70); font-family: simsun; "><font style="word-wrap: normal; word-break: normal; line-height: 24px; font-size: 16px; background-color: white;"> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> 二、根据赵洪祝书记的批示精神，按照调整结构、充实内容、修改完善的原则，把2011年11月由红旗出版社出版的《机关文字工作的实践与思考》（25万字）修订为《机关文字工作五十讲》（32万字），由浙江大学出版社出版。《机关文字工作五十讲》5月底面世，7月份即荣获第六届中国公文论著评选一等奖，得到中国公文写作研究会的大力推荐。</font></p><p style="margin-bottom: 5px; border: 0px; list-style: none; word-wrap: normal; word-break: normal; color: rgb(70, 70, 70); font-family: simsun; "><font style="word-wrap: normal; word-break: normal; line-height: 24px; font-size: 16px; background-color: white;"> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> 三、在中国公文写作研究会换届大会上当选副会长，在公文写作研究领域迈出了坚实的步骤。中国公文写作研究会是一个专门从事公文写作研究的全国性学术团体。研究会成立20多年来，组织编写出版了480余部公文写作教材和专著，发表公文写作学术论文5500余篇，在全国产生了广泛的影响，为推动我国公文写作研究事业的发展作出了积极贡献。</font></p><p style="margin-bottom: 5px; border: 0px; list-style: none; word-wrap: normal; word-break: normal; color: rgb(70, 70, 70); font-family: simsun; "><font style="word-wrap: normal; word-break: normal; line-height: 24px; font-size: 16px; background-color: white;"> <wbr> <wbr> <wbr> 四、先后应邀为省政协办公厅、省农业厅、省科技厅、杭州市政府办公厅、第十九期全国公文写作高级培训班等主讲《机关文稿写作的理念、思路、方法》，与听众进行了良好的互动，得到了主办单位和广大听众的一致好评。</font></p><p style="margin-bottom: 5px; border: 0px; list-style: none; 回首过去一年,老夫有几件事值得总结：一是完成了老板赶中国**大学、中央**研究室、国土部**督察局、市委向省委的若干次工作报告、会议讲稿、市委文件等在内的一系列重要文稿的起草撰写任务，力求起草的文稿能够准确体现领导意图，反映领导风格，文稿的质量进一步提升。二是在人手依然严重不足的情况下，不怨天尤人，调整心态，亲历亲为，并积极做好传帮带工作，培养办公室的文字后备力量，并取得初步成效。三是在干中学、学中干，进一步锤炼自身的分析、研判、推理等思维能力，缩小与老板在才、学、识方面的差距，切实提高以文辅政的水平，力争做到与老板“同频共振”，更加默契。四是在老板的关爱下，调整了职务，做到名正言顺，为对外的沟通协调创造了必要条件。 五是加入了老秘网，结识了一批志同道合的秘友，并为他们举办了一期如何提高机关公文写作水平的YY语音讲座,反响不错。
展望新的一年，唯有保持良好的心态和昂扬向上，积极进取，不畏难辛的精神风貌，方可从容应对，无所懈怠，辅弼有为！亦告诫自己，仍须明德修为，方可臻于至善！ 舒俊的大事记
